So we just celebrated our second Easter together. 

It's not a problem... it was a great day. It's just that all the firsts are done. Having passed the first of each monumental holiday in a young married couple's life... we are now just another pair around here. 

We saw our first (married) birthdays, first fourth of July, anticipated and enjoyed our first Christmas, failed to celebrate our first valentines day and then embraced our first second: Easter.

But it's not so bad being a second couple. It means we have stories to tell, traditions to uphold and annualize and memories to cling to.
