Update
Monday, May 25, 2009 at 10:03AM I made it through the Country Music Half-Marathon. It was difficult. It was exciting. It was a little emotional. As I crossed the finish I would have sworn to never attempt such a ridiculous thing again. Ten minutes later, just the opposite. I'm now planning on running another half in September in Tupelo, MS. It's actually 14.5 but who's counting? Ellen and I are both planning to run the St. Jude in Memphis in December.

We've also taken a few trips in the last couple of months. We spent one weekend in April visiting some of my old high school buddies. The four of us get together at least once a year and this was the first time we brought the ladies along. It was a great time.

We also got in a Mothers Day visit with my family in Florida and I met up with some college roommates in Nashville. So a busy Spring makes way for a busier Summer. So now we prepare for Summer Camp. I leave with the advance team in under two weeks and I still have a lot to do. A lot. This year will be a great year, but very busy. I'll be leading worship again which I'm excited about. One new thing we are working on is live online broadcasts of our evening worship services. Stay tuned for that.
That's all for now.
